Meetings are conducted by the family which is scheduled in previous meeting Fr. Vicar is the person who lead the prayers The president will lead the debates after the prayer The secretary will read the previous meeting report and record new points Trusty will be the custodian of all accounts. He will collect funds and submit the account details to the members Welcome speech will be render by one of the family member There will be an opportunity for all members to present their extra curricular activities in the meeting
